1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Honey Bunny Coloring Studio ("we," "us," or "our") at honeybunnycoloring.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital downloads — high-resolution PDF or image files delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via the confirmation page. Please save your file promptly. If you experience any issues accessing your download, use the contact form on our Contact page.

3. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a coloring page, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to:

• Print the file for your own personal use as many times as you like
• Color and enjoy the page for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share photos of your completed colored artwork on social media (please credit @honeybunnycoloring)

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file with others
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes (products for sale, merchandise, etc.) without written permission
• Claim the artwork as your own or remove copyright notices
• Upload the file to any sharing platform or digital marketplace

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your file, please use the contact form on our Contact page and we will do our best to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Cheryl Mikel / Honey Bunny Coloring Studio and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Free Coloring Pages

Free coloring pages offered through our mailing list or giveaways are subject to the same personal use license described in Section 3. They may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding print quality outcomes, as results may vary based on your printer, paper, and settings. We recommend printing on white cardstock or quality paper for best results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey Bunny Coloring Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
